• Prices are for reference only and may change without notice.
• Reviews and ratings are submitted by users and do not reflect the views of PhoneHub.
• Sections marked “Our Opinion” and our buying guides are PhoneHub's own editorial views. They are written to help you decide, are not paid promotions, and are not a guarantee that a phone will suit your needs.

Prices and third-party links

Prices shown on PhoneHub are checked periodically and may be out of date by the time you read them. Some pages link to retailers such as Flipkart or Amazon. We do not sell phones, we do not control those websites, and the final price, offers, availability and delivery are decided by the retailer. Please confirm everything on the retailer's page before buying, and read that retailer's own terms and privacy policy.

Ownership and permitted use

The layout, original text (including guides and “Our Opinion” sections), and the way the catalog is organised belong to PhoneHub. Brand names, logos and product images belong to their respective owners and are used to identify products. You may share links to PhoneHub pages and quote short excerpts with a link back, but you may not copy the site's content in bulk, scrape it automatically, or republish it as your own.

Content you submit

When you post a review, rating, poll vote or question, you confirm that it is your own honest opinion and that it does not break the law or anyone's rights. You keep ownership of what you write, but you give PhoneHub permission to display it on the site. We may remove content that is abusive, misleading, spam, or that breaks these terms.

To the extent allowed by law, PhoneHub is not responsible for any loss arising from a purchase or decision you make based on information on the site, or from content on third-party websites we link to.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.

7. Advertising and Privacy

PhoneHub may show advertisements, including ads served by Google AdSense. Ads are clearly separate from our own content, and an advertisement does not mean we endorse the product. How cookies and advertising data are handled is explained in our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a dispute cannot be resolved by talking to us first, it will be handled by the courts of India.

9. Changes to Terms
