PhoneHub ("we", "our", "us") operates the phonehubnow.store website and mobile-friendly web app that helps users discover, compare, and research smartphones. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using PhoneHub, you agree to the practices described below.

1. Information We Collect

PhoneHub collects the following information to provide and improve our services:

• Account Data: Email address, username, and profile avatar you choose during registration. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from your Google account.
• Activity Data: Favorites, reading list, comparison history, price alerts, community poll votes, reviews and questions you submit, and messages you send through the Contact form.
• PhoneHub Coins Data: If you use PhoneHub Coins, we store your account ID, your Coin balance, a record of each Coin transaction (amount, type, time and the feature used), your daily Daily Spin and rewarded-ad counts, and whether you have unlocked Member Deals. This is used only to run the feature, prevent duplicate or fraudulent rewards and enforce daily limits. PhoneHub Coins are internal points with no cash value; they cannot be withdrawn, transferred or used as payment. Other users cannot see your Coins or history.
• Feedback Data: If you send feedback, we store your rating, answers and comment, the page you were on, your device type (phone, tablet or desktop), theme and time spent. Your name and email are optional and only stored if you enter them. If you are signed in, your account ID is attached to the feedback.
• Push Notification Data: If you choose to allow notifications, your browser or device creates a Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token. We store this token so we can send you notifications. While you are signed in, the token may be linked to your account; signing out unlinks it.
• Technical Data: Like most websites, our hosting and service providers (such as Netlify, Google and Firebase) automatically receive technical information such as your IP address, browser type and device type in their server logs. This is used for security, fraud prevention and keeping the service running. We do not collect your precise location.
• Data Stored on Your Device: Your browser's local storage keeps preferences and convenience data such as theme, favorites, recently viewed phones, comparison list, AI Finder chat history and your cookie choice. This data stays on your device unless it is part of your account.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide personalized phone recommendations and Smart Score results.
• To read and act on the feedback you send, and to reply if you left an email address.
• To create and maintain your account and show your profile, reviews and saved items.
• To send notifications about price drops, new phones and news by push notification (if you enabled them) and, where available, by email.
• To send service emails such as a welcome email when you sign up and replies or confirmations to messages you send us.
• To run our AI Finder, search and comparison tools. The AI Finder works in your browser using our phone catalogue, and its chat history is kept on your device.
• To ensure platform security, prevent abuse, and enforce our Terms & Conditions.

3. Data Storage

Account and community data is stored using Firebase Realtime Database and Firebase Authentication by Google. Push notification tokens are stored in Firebase and used through Firebase Cloud Messaging. Images and media are hosted on Cloudinary, and the website and its server functions are hosted on Netlify. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest by these providers' infrastructure, and access to the admin panel is restricted to authorized administrators only.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We only share limited data with trusted service providers who help us run PhoneHub:

• Firebase (Google): Authentication, database storage and push notifications.
• Netlify: Website hosting and server functions.
• Cloudinary: Hosting phone images and gallery media.
• Brevo (Sendinblue): Sending emails such as welcome emails, contact replies and alerts.
• Google AdSense: Advertising services (see Section 6).
• Content delivery networks: Scripts, fonts and icons may be loaded from public CDNs, which receive your IP address when you load a page.

We do not currently use third-party analytics tools. If we add any in future, we will update this policy.

PhoneHub also links to third-party websites such as Amazon, Flipkart and YouTube. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, so please read their policies when you visit them.

5. Your Rights and Choices

You have the right to:

• Access and update your profile information at any time.
• Export your data from My Profile → Export Data.
• Delete your account from My Profile → Delete Account. This removes your profile, your reviews and your sign-in account. Feedback you already submitted is not removed automatically; contact us if you want it deleted.
• Turn off push notifications at any time in your browser or device's site settings. To have your device's notification token removed from our database, contact us.
• Remove your price alerts in the app, or contact us to stop any notification emails.
• Clear data stored on your device by clearing your browser's site data.

6. Cookies and Advertising

We use cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage) for essential functionality, such as remembering your theme preference, keeping you signed in and remembering your cookie choice. You can manage or disable cookies at any time through your browser settings, though some features may not work correctly if you do.

PhoneHub uses, or may use, Google AdSense to display advertisements. Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to PhoneHub and/or other sites on the Internet. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, or opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising at aboutads.info. 7. Children's Privacy

PhoneHub is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.

8. Data Retention

We keep your account data while your account is active. When you delete your account, your profile and reviews are removed. Feedback submissions are kept until you ask us to delete them. Push notification tokens that are no longer valid are removed automatically. We may keep limited technical logs for a short period for security purposes.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date, and continued use of PhoneHub after changes means you accept the revised policy.
